The MY GLOBAL TALENT website operations team processes only the minimum information needed for employer direct-hiring route and document consultations. We do not accept worker applications or candidate documents and do not guarantee a visa result.
1. Information collected
We collect the company name, contact person, required role, planned headcount, work region, contact details, and any additional information the user chooses to provide.
2. Purpose of use
The information is used only to provide an initial recruitment-route explanation, respond to the inquiry, confirm the employer’s request, and manage the consultation submission.
3. Retention and deletion
Information is deleted promptly when the consultation purpose is complete. If retention is required by law or reasonably needed for a dispute, it is stored separately only for the necessary scope and period.
4. Third-party disclosure
If employer consultation information must be shared with a relevant qualified specialist, we will first identify the recipient, purpose, and data items and obtain separate consent, except where disclosure is authorized by law.
5. User rights
Users may request access, correction, deletion, or suspension of processing through the consultation channel.
6. Safeguards and changes
